"From the moment we arrived by taxi, We were greeted by doorman, luggage unloaded with receipt, escorted to checkin. Checkin was quick and we were also escorted to our room with the luggage by staff. We needed assistance in locating shops we wanted to visit for certain gifts we wanted to bring home, Hiroshi at the concierge desk provided detailed information on getting us to where we wanted to go gift shopping, his patience and knowledge of the area was top notch. We appreciated the subtle design details from the eras of Frank Loyd Wright architecture. Facility is clean and organized along with the rooms of both our stays. The whole staff from the moment we arrived to the time we had to leave is first class and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel and staff."
