"Super friendly staff! No on-site parking but if you Uber around as we did that is a non-issue. The surrounding area does have a few homeless but that is kind of normal in California at this point, so again a non-issue. You can’t even enter the building without your phone as a keycard so you don’t deal with riff-raff coming into the safe space. Plenty around to walk to and eat. We didn’t eat the same meal no 2 nights because there was such a vast array of food in the surrounding area....

"Stayed here to attend the Long Beach Gran Prix. Nice location for that. Water taxi over tot he race is only $1 and takes 15 minutes. If you are in to the history around this ship it is really cool. Rooms can be a bit snug depending on which room type you get but they are clean and have really comfy beds. Bathrooms are pretty tight and historical. The fire alarm went off one night at 1AM and they didn't offer a discount for that rude awakening and fire drill, which I thought would have been...
