"HSC met every expectation. The shuttle we arranged with them was on time, in good repair and convenient. The room was exceptionally clean, the bed/bedding was/were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-appointed. "Nice hotel close to the port. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the city street. If you have mobility issues and carry lots of luggage, this is not an ideal hotel as there are no elevators. Our room was on the fourth floor. No bathroom in your room but you will have your own bathroom down the hall. Breakfast was amazing and a friendly staff. The free shuttle to the cruise port was 7 minutes away at Largo della Pace, 00053 Civitavecchia RM, Italy. "

" You must text them to let them know you are near. Great location to catch a cruise. They schedule a ride, but require cash. The town was fun and they gave us drink chips for a local restaurant. The food and atmosphere was great. The room is small, but has all that is needed including a small fridge with water, cheese, snacks and salami. There is an elevator. I would stay here again."

We walked along the water eat lunch and stopped at the grocery store in the building and bought wine, cheese and meats. We sat out on the deck and watched the ocean and drank the wine. Woke up in the morning and had a wonderful Italian breakfast with great company of the host and other guests. Transportation was arranged and we all headed to the ship. "
