"The location of this hotel is amazing for Auckland Airport, so convenient, right outside. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are great. Staff are helpful, and breakfast good. Only improvement would be a bit better food at restaurant for dinner - this is only average - but overall can't recommend enough if flying in/out of Auckland."

"We stayed here for one night while attending the Coldplay concert in Auckland. The facility is new and has an art deco vibe. The hallways are a bit dark, which seems to be part of the intended aesthetic. There's a paid parking area nearby, and the location at the upper part of Queen Street is excellent. However, the rooms were quite small. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay."
