Close to Waterfront park (Choice of Champions). 10 min to the National Training Center. 35 minutes to Disney World. 40 min to Orlando International Airport. 13 minutes to Montverde Academy. 40 minutes to The Villages.

Come enjoy the luxuries of downtown Clermont in this wonderfully updated property only one street from Main Street.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and the Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed. The Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room is a Queen size.

Within Walking distance to the Downtown Clermont shops and restaurants.
Farmers Market every Sunday from 10-2.
Food Trucks first Friday of each month.

We strongly recommend purchasing the travel insurance if you are considering a stay longer than 2 weeks and/or if you are traveling during Hurricane season (June 1st- November 30th, peak season being mid August- late October) in order to ensure a refund due to the cancellation of the reservation for unforeseen circumstances.
