"Lynne and Buddy were amazing hosts! Everything was wonderful and they were so so helpful and accomdating. From the pictures, to the cooler and ice, even their generator lol. They even took us out on their pontoon boat! The view was amazing where we stayed. I booked it just for that reason, the mtns and the sunset. Def recommend! You guys rock! this place!"

"I don't know where I have been more relaxed. We kept a fire crackling and took a walk throughout the property--along the river and into the woods. Everyone slept well and enjoyed themselves. The cabin is spacious and provided what we needed. Depending on what you are looking for, you may want to know that the cabin interior is dated. However, much of that is charming. For example, the vintage appliances look new--making them a feature rather than a negative."

Unfortunately, the power was out half of our stay because of the hurricane but the house was still comfortable with many windows we could open and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy during the day.
