"Please stay at this wonderful chambre d’hote. Roxi is the perfect host and you can really tell that she has put her heart and soul into this lovely house. The bedroom we had was amazing and had everything you need including a huge jacuzzi!!! Perfect place to enjoy the town of Verteuil sur Charente. Fresh eggs included in great breakfast. We will be back!!!"

"La réservation était faite pour quatre jours sur votre site, quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a gentiment dit que rien était réservé pour nous parce que notre hôte ne regarde pas les mails Abritel, elle a été désagréable, nous a envoyé paître. Elle n’a présenté aucune excuse et ne nous a pas proposé de solution et a en plus souffler parce que l’on ralait. A priori nous ne sommes pas les premiers à avoir cette expérience avec cette hôtesse qui change le nom de son gîte pour annuler les mauvaises...

"Nuitée très agréable. La yourte est magnifique , très joliment meublée avec un bel extérieur. Le coin jeux est très appréciable lorsque l'on vient avec des enfants. "I arrived at address provided at 15.58 other 7th August. Property looked closed down. I rang and messaged owner several times. All records available on my phone. No answer from owner. I am visiting France from Ireland. I had to find alternative accommodation 16km away. The owner then messages me 4.5 hours after asking me if I was coming. Disgraceful. Owner requested 100 euro’s for 7 days use of hot tub. Externally on arrival the grass was not cut, pool had not been cleaned and Wi-Fi was inoperable. Pool was cleaned on arrival, Wi-Fi was repaired following day. Grass was not cut. The owners dog used the long grass at the end of the pool to do it’s business. We will not return to this...
