"A great place to stay clean tidy good food friendly staff"

"Overnight stay due to seeing show at venue cymru. Great location for this. Stayed in luxury sea view room. Great view from Room, which was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Shower wasn’t very powerful but was ok for the one night stay. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will book again next time visiting venue cymru. "

So polite, helpful and professional. The hotel is in the perfect location for us and the atmosphere relaxing and welcoming. We shall definitely be returning. "

"Booked for an 80th birthday treat for parents. We have stayed before so knew they wouldnt be disappointed! From the welcoming smile on reception they knew they would enjoy! They had a seaview room..perfectly appointed with two chairs to watch the world go by! Immaculate room. Added bonus was some birthday treats! She was so surprised! Lovely welsh breakfast with everything you could want. They had the best stay and many happy memories made! Thanks Lauriston!!"

"Stayed for a night with a friend after going to a concert at theatre clwyd. 2 min walk to the theatre. Lovely hotel. Recently refurnished. Staff lovely and friendly. Would def recomnend."

"Check in was easy, bedrooms a good size and very comfortable beds. Heated towel rail & extractor not working. Tea & coffee facilities and a room safe. Cleaning staff could be a little more attentive during the stay. Food is very good quality and very well cooked, delightful dining room staff, thanks to Rory, Alex & Beth. Will return in the future to this ancient castle complete with peacocks!"
