Great Stay
Property was beautiful. Great location, easy walk to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Only suggestion is to replace the small couch room or computer with a bunk. We used the futons but a bunk would have been easier. Overall excellent stay. Would stay again!

Special Touches
This property is now at the top of our must stay list. Well furnished and with lots of special touches, the host has thought of everything. Close to the beach and lots of shopping and restaurants, this property is sure to please everyone in the family. Communication was awesome, and we can’t wait to return. Great location, property and host
Beautiful ranch style home completely remodeled inside. Very nice backyard and pool area. Pool was heated and very warm for our kids. The pictures have an in-ground hot tub, which does exist, but the heating system is not configured to heat it separately. Not a dealbreaker for us, but FYI for those specifically looking for that.Location is walking distance to the beach. Not a tough walk at all. Maybe 5 minute walk. Tons of stores and restaurants around. Would stay again.

Perfect Precruise Location!
Mia has an excellent property! Everything was clean and in proper working order. Plenty of room to spread out and still be together. The pool was beautiful and a great place for us to hang out after a trip to the ocean. The kitchen was nicely stocked, even though we hardly cooked at the house. The washing machine and dryer were so nice to have!! If we find ourselves back at Port Canaveral for another cruise, we will definitely try to stay here again!! Thanks, Mia!

More Than Adequate
The house was very clean with nice large bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen and living room area and pool area. Beds were comfortable and our family had a good time. The house was much bigger inside than looks on the outside. The most important thing to us about renting a house is that it is clean and that we got.

Great House for Family Trip
We LOVED this beautiful home! Lots of room for our extended family of nine. The owner thought of everything we would need, beach towels, beach wagon, beach chairs, so many extras inside and the beautiful pool area. The property was super close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. It was our first trip to Cocoa Beach. We can’t wait to come back. We will definitely stay here again. 5⭐️

We had a great time! The house, yard, and pool were all clean and exactly as pictured. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed. The check-in process was simple and the owner contacted us (through the VRBO app) a few times to ensure all was well. Very organized and well thought out. Fantastic stay.

GREAT HOUSE, GREAT LOCATION!!
This house was perfect for my family with included 6 adults and 4 children!! We all enjoyed the pool and backyard amenities. The location couldn't have been more perfect from the beach (a quick drive). Would highly recommend and would stay here again if/when in the area!

Relaxing Beach Stay
Beautiful property, well laid out for a family gathering with several smaller family units. Beautifully maintained and furnished. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was heated and clean. We would have loved to have soent more than one evening, but it was a perfect location for getting to Port Canaveral in the morning. Woudl definitely stay again amd recommend to our friends!
