"Room was clean and had everything you need but as is usual for Italy, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on my pillows. Also, buffet breakfast was blah for 10 euros."

"We enjoyed a last minute stay at this property. It was clean and spacious with what appeared all new furnishing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property provides parking (at nominal fee), great wifi, and has a restaurant on site if you do not want to cook in your apartment kitchenette. Overall it is relatively quiet, except if you have neighbors who watch TV very loud... There was just not enough soundproofing for that... I would recommend this apartment complex for sure if...

"We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited. "

"Siamo stati in questa bella casa ad agosto 2019. La posizione è perfetta, fuori dal caos su una bella collina vista mare e a 5 minuti da spiagge bellissime. "We loved our stay in Santa Lucia, the apartment is in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the fantastic La Caletta beach. There are a number of cafes and restaurants nearby serving great food. The apartment is spacious and clean with a lovely balcony, the neighbours were really welcoming and friendly too. We stayed in August so some aircon would have been welcome at night but we survived with a room fan, maybe next time we will stay in a slightly cooler month. Grazie Maurizio!"

The rooms were modern and comfortable. One issue that we found everywhere in Sardinia is that the rooms don't have enough electrical outlets, making it a bit of a hassle to charge personal devices. The breakfast was fine in a room with a great view overlooking the town. One plus, during the off-season, is that there are enough travelers for business, so the property offers the full range of services. At other properties in the off-season, the lack of guests can result in limited services. Also, excellent parking. Definitely recommend for car travelers. Because it is located 2 km from the city center, it may be a hassle for persons who don't have a car, although there is good municipal bus service accessible about a five minute walk distant."

"We had a warm welcome by the staff upon arrival and they spoke very good English. The food that we had in the in house restaurant was brilliant with loads of options and even recommendation. We received free little appetisers during our meal from the chef. The facilities were very broad inc swimming pool, gym, pool table, free reading material etc. The only negative I could possibly think of would be our door surround/frame was a little loose meaning it was noisier for us to close our door (more of an inconvenience for others rather then us). Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would happily stay again. "
