"This place was fantastic ! We stayed 4 nights and had the loveliest time. We happened to be there when the second hurricane hit Cuba and there was no electricity with heavy rain on Trinidad. Our hostess made us coffee when we hadn’t taken the breakfast option. She was helpful and kind and the room spacious, clean and comfortable. It is super well located and we loved our stay there. We were 2 friends traveling from France. "

"This is the place I chose to stay at while short visit to Trinidad. I was warmly welcomed by the family who runs it. They had everything provided in the room which was upstairs. It's location is right in the centre and you can be at any place of interest in 5 minutes by walk. My stay was comfortable. I couldn't ask for more. "

"Beautiful room with private bathroom and gorgeous terrace in the very centre of Trinidad. Host was great, very attentive and helpful. She has helped us with renting bikes (go to Playa Ancon and to La Boca village for best lobsters in Cuba) and private taxi back to Havana. Take breakfast, it is great, cheap and of course -with this additional service you help the host. Highly recommend "

"Stone throw from Escalinata de Trinidad and Plaza Mayor. Became ill after eating at one of the local restaurantes and she tried her best to help me with the issue. Very warm and caring lady ran the property. Language maybe a barrier however my fiancé spoke Spanish."

Great stay in Trinidad

"We loved our stay! Pupito and Carmen are the sweetest people! They always do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! They don’t speak English though, so make sure to download Spanish on Google translate. The electricity comes and goes, but they have generator (but it doesn’t power the AC). The breakfast was great, we were able to do our laundry too! The only note is that the single bed in our room was rather uncomfortable, but the double one was great! "

"It's our best experience in Cuba. Anita is an incredibly hospitable woman. It's like I've come to visit my favorite aunt. She made us feel very welcome, gave us detailed information on where to go and helped us save money for the drive to the beach. Anita recommended her favorite San Jose restaurant to us. Be sure to take the recommendation - it was the most delicious food in Cuba."

"This home is a beautiful colonial home; the lobby is decorated with antiques that make you feel in the colonial time. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable with access to an interior patios located on the fist and second floors; it also has a roof terrace. The property has a bar and restaurant; the breakfast is not only affordable but delicious and abundant; variety of local fruits, natural juices, milk, coffee, choices of eggs, bread, cheese, membrillo ,and pancakes. However, the best about Casa Torrado is the kindness of their hosts; a very nice and friendly couple that made us feel at home at the very first hello. My family and I strongly recommend everyone to stay at Casa Torrado. "
