New, in a remote village, red sandstone house of a quarry worker restored in 2015 on 3 levels, approved "Meublé de Tourisme ***" of Aveyron for 6 people.
A large outdoor space (around the cottage, we just sowed the lawn) independent, lulled by the calm of nature. In spring and summer, presence of 4 Limousin cows on 4 hectares closed with the company of a few cicadas in very hot weather.

1st floor

Integrated, modern kitchen, equipped with a 3-burner induction hob, a dishwasher, a pyrolysis oven, a microwave, a fridge with 3 freezer drawers, coffee maker ...

A bay window gives access to a 22m2 terrace facing South East with garden furniture and parasol.

The location of the cottage will allow you, if you wish, to discover very varied landscapes and places and very good fine restaurants.

In Saint Cyprien 7 km all amenities, tree-lined municipal swimming pool, pharmacy, doctor, grocery store, bakery, restaurant ...

Cransac les Thermes 12 km away: spa and casino,

-Conques 15 km away: medieval gem, Hervé BUSSET * restaurants, Auberge Saint Jacques,

-Rodez at 28 km: for its cathedral and its Pierre SOULAGES museum,

The rental price includes:


-Bed linen
- Location
- The water
- Heating

   - The tourist tax of 1. 10 € / day / person included in the rental throughout the year
-For baby: high chair and cot possible.
-Small animals (contact us).

The rental price does not include:
  - 25% deposit is payable upon signing the contract by return mail.
- The deposit: € 300 to be paid on arrival (deposit which will be returned to you one week after your departure if no damage is found),
- End of stay cleaning: 50 € package (optional),
- Bathroom linen € 5 / person (possibility of rental at an additional cost).
- Electricity at your charge


Entrance is scheduled on Saturdays from 3 p.m. The departure of the tidy and cleaned lodging takes place on Saturday before 10 am.
