Beautiful and friendly hotel
This hotel has the most friendly staff I've ever experienced! We had a wonderful time, despite an electricity cut due to heavy snow! The only downfall was heating issues with the pool/jacuzzi meant we didn't take advantage of those facilities.

This is a lovely hotel. Lots of space and fabulous views of the local countryside. The rooms are boutique style and the bed was comfy. Quite a basic breakfast but everything was good quality and hot. I will definitely return in the summer to enjoy the bar's outside space

Had a lovely stay and would revisit. Staff were extremely welcoming and nothing was an issue. We were not aware the facilities were being refurbished and disappointed the pool and hot tub were too cold to enjoy. Hopefully their refurb is complete on our next visit and we can enjoy the whole package. Rooms need to have brighter lighting available as quite dark.

Cosy place
As part of a trip through the area we book this extremely valuable place. Beautifully decorated, nice and cosy bar area and cosy rooms which however were extremely cold and heating did not work. Breakfast was all heated when plate served and not as good at al as can be expected at a hotel of this standard.

Fantastic stay! Stayed with the family of 4 in a double room, very spacious and clean overall. Great location, lovely breakfast. The restaurants are very tasty and staff are friendly and professional. Would love to stay again! only downside was the building work but it didn't disrupt our day at all.
