"The setting is absolute lovely, especially the huts floating over the water. The staff is so kind and wants to make everyone happy. The nearby area is not walkable but we hired Naveen for a local tour day and had the BEST time! He was knowledgeable and fun and took us to the all the local flavor hot spots ... including a mud bath and hot springs! Naveen is known by hotel staff so ask for him if you want a local day away from the resort. Bula Bula!"

"We had a great relaxing stay at the facility. There is only a couple of things I woud point out. As a new shanghai la member, i wasnt aware that i was entitled to discount at the restaurant. And even though I gave the front desk my number on the receipt system at the restaurant the discount didnt appear. I only became aware when i checked out. Also even though the restaurant were great the varity was minimal. The buffet had great variety however, for someone who isn't s big eater definitely...

"As it was low season the service was terribly slow for the cost. I love this place but sadly think it’s our last stay there after yearly visits for the past 9 years "

"All the staff were so lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, I did get food poisoning but a staff member took me to the local medical centre and I got some medication which fixed it quickly. Other than this, it is a perfect escape for families/couples. If you are looking to do more island hopping it might be a bit far, but we found some fun activities near the property. "
