All staff were wonderful and very welcoming but Vini went over and above and made us feel very special. "I was feel made to feel welcome by the staff and the very few requests I had were accommodated. We had one issue with children being at the adult pool and when we inquired about the age, the staff member discreetly sent a security personnel to take care of the situation and we had no other issues throughout our stay. It was handled very promptly and discreetly which was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the on-site activities, and I participated in a beachside cabana, massage, snorkeling and parasailing."
