For cooling off a little closer to home, the complex’s outdoor pool is a tropical oasis, enveloped by palm trees inviting you to feel the refreshing breeze while you take a dip or stretch out in one of the loungers.

You’ll find convenient options for grocery and dining within just a few minutes of the home, accessible by foot, car, or optional golf cart. Downtown Corpus Christi is just 23 miles inland, bursting with options for shopping, dining, evening entertainment, as well as family-friendly activities of the aquarium, waterpark, several parks, museums, and even more beaches. • This townhome offers parking for 1 vehicle in the garage (spaced appropriately next to the golf cart) and 1 in the parking lot, or guests may use 2 total spots in the parking lot. Parking is NOT allowed in front of the garage. 2 spots are available next to the pool. Fines will be issued if vehicles are parked in front of the garage.
• A golf cart is available for rental at a fee of $100 per night - note this fee IS NOT included in the rate and is charged separately.

Great Stay for Families with a Few Minor Hiccups
Overall, we had a good experience at this property. It’s a nice, family-friendly location, but be aware there are a lot of stairs both in and out of the unit, which can be a bit challenging when you have toddlers or when loading/unloading for beach trips. The drive to the beach was quick, safe, and the beaches themselves were clean, making it easy for our family to enjoy time by the water. The golf cart was a great addition and operated smoothly, but it didn’t come with a seasonal beach pass, so we had to purchase one ourselves. For future guests, the beach pass is now kept by the keys for the golf cart. Inside the unit, we found it clean and comfortable, but there were a few essential items missing—like a can opener, pizza cutter, and functional plugs on the main floor—that would have made our stay easier. The pool is small but perfect for younger kids, and the property is situated in a family-oriented residential area, which was a nice touch. One small surprise was that the balconies overlook a church right next door—not an issue, just something we didn’t expect. All in all, our family had a great time. The property is clean, well-maintained, and a good option for families.
