"The hotel is fantastic, the staff was so friendly, the food spread was delicious and variable. The breakfast was my favourite, fresh guacamole, amongst other things, was the best way to start the day! For those wanting to travel by bus there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre. There is also a QR code listed at the stop which tells in how many minutes the bus will arrive at the stop, this is extremely handy for planning the departure time...

"we had a nice, relaxing 5-day stay and enjoyed our terrace with hottub, which is a Junior Suite on the roof. That part was great. However, there is limited dining and no parking, but we were pre-warned about that. The hotel and room need updating there were many things worn out or not working - the taps had lost their chrome coating, the oven hotplates had a extractor fan and light which didn't work, and a lot of the wood trims were worn and needing repair and repainting. "Lovely stay at this hotel. Excellent staff and lovely location. Big comfy clean rooms and just five minutes walk to the train station. Luggage storage after checkout available. Excellent spa facilities however steam room wasn't working when we visited. Would definitely stay here again. "
