The property was everything I expected and the swim out pool was the icing on the cake for me. My only grievance was the absence of a designated butler which was supposed to be a part of my stay!… upon arrival I was assigned a butler who turned out to be out of the country on Vacation and the person reassigned never showed up either and I way had to message to figure out what was going on.

The property is so beautiful. The staff was amazing from diego at the jungle pool and Ana our concierge who made my birthday week the most remarkable. The food options was great and didnt want for anything and if you asked they was there to make sure you got what u needed.

Being locals here in Cancun, we are always on the hunt for a new place to rest for the weekend. This was our first time at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were big and comfortable with an oversized balcony, and the bed very comfortable with night cotton sheets. The choice of restaurants are very good if you are staying a week, since we were there only for the weekend, we didn’t get the chance to savor all the resort has to offer, but that’s a good reason to return, and yes, we will go back. All in all I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a great holiday here in Cancun, no kids here sorry, only adults. Beach was also fantastic 😀

Property was very nice and new. Staff upon arriving was very hospitable. The pool staff particularly Joel and Cesear were awesome. However we didn’t receive our upgrade until the day before we left, that was disappointing. I asked that the room be prep for a birthday that was very lackluster despite talking with 4 different people. Overall a good experience with a few adjustments and training needed.

Our building assistant Ana was incredible! She always had a smile and was so eager to help. She responded quickly to text and always had the answer to our questions.
