"Villa was good. Shower in one bedroom is a bit dangerous as it sprayed water on tile floor which was then very slippery. One of our group fell getting out of it. Bathrooms could use more light. washer and dryer unti were hard to figure out. Staff were very nice and helpful "

"This is a two star accommodation at best. Zambujeira itself is charming with a great beach and excellent restaurants. The apartment is basic. The garage parking space is rendered unuseable by a pole obstructing the space. The entry to the building is through a door on the alley. The view from the apartment is of the alley. The appliances such as the TV and air conditioner were not in working order No amenities such as soap and shampoo were provided However, the big plus was a rooftop sun deck...

"We had a lovely time staying here whilst visiting Burgau. The property is in a great location and only a short walk to the centre of the village and the beach. Whilst it is an older property which, in time, would benefit from a spruce up, this certainly didn’t detract from our stay and we would love to visit again. "

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment, the perfect size for 2-4 people. Beach was a few steps away and lots of restaurants and small supermarket were within easy walking distance. We had a car to visit nearby towns, but free parking was readily available in the middle of Salema. My only recommendation would be for a table fan in the bedroom to keep the room cooler at night. "

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom cabin. It was adorable! It had everything we needed, a cute kitchen , fully equipped! The bed was really firm and comfortable. Nice deck to sit out on and roomy table to play games and eat. I would highly recommend it!"

"Burgau is a great family holiday destination with a gorgeous beach and lots of restaurants cafes etc. The lower appartment was super clean and a nice size with air conditioning which worked well. It was a quick easy walk to the beach but quiet at night- maybe thanks to the shutters on the windows. The roof terrace was brilliant- lovely big space which was shared with my parents who stayed in the appartment above us.. we may not have enjoyed sharing with people we didn’t know. Would recommend...

"House is fine and as advertised. Close to beach. Did not have hot water for first 3 or 4 days. Property owner seems nice and very responsive. The bad new is that a large dog is 75 meters away and he literally barks all night long. Don't know how he can manage it ! I needed ear plugs and white noise music to sleep."

"The parking and unloading of suitcases was an issue. We had to park in town and walk everything in. We knew parking would be hard but did not expect it to be so challenging to unload suitcases."

"We had a lovely stay, the house is so spacious and we loved the pool. Tunde was incredibly helpful with information. Great location to the village and we did a day trip to Lagos on the local bus. A boat trip to see the caves was a highlight. Would highly recommend. Maybe time for a topper to add comfort the master bedroom mattress but that didn't stop us from having a great stay."

"To start off, we had a late arrival to the property; working with Stella at the front desk, she made our arrival seamless and easy (they do not have a 24 hour front desk). The location of the property could not be any more picturesque and the location to the town and local beach makes it feel like everything is right in your very own backyard. "The villa was wonderful for our week stay in Sagres! The location of the villa is perfect, with 5/10 minute walk away from all restaurants and supermarkets! The host had excellent communication skills for any queries we had during our stay. The only slight issue we had was the cleanliness of the villa, the floors weren’t clean and seemed like they hadn’t been swept or mopped. "The Villa is lovely, very spacious, clean and comfortable with good heating for winter nights. You can walk to the beach through the sand dunes (about 20 minutes) or drive within 10minutes to two beaches with boardwalk access. There are a couple of cafes and a restaurant in the village. "If you don't mind stairs, this is the perfect place! Bars & restaurants just steps from your door along with the ocean front! Hauling your luggage up 2 & 3 floors isn't fun, but it's so worth it! The tiny balcony is a great place to listen to the ocean waves with coffee, or a glass or wine. Property is exactly as advertised with everything we needed for our stay! Very narrow street to drive up to unload the luggage & parking is about a block or 2 away, but safe for sure! We had the best time...
