The property is strictly adults (18+) only and has everything you need to enjoy what’s on offer in this beautiful part of Australia.

Enter Snofall and be greeted by the spacious light-filled interior. The large comfortable couch with supersized ottoman is the perfect place to unwind in front of your favourite show or with your favourite book. Sign into your Netflix account via the Apple TV, load up a DVD, or play something on the media player.

The living area immerses you in the lush surroundings while keeping you warm with full-length double-glazed windows and reverse cycle air conditioning. Alternatively, close the blinds to create your own private sanctuary.

The private patio opens directly onto a lawn area that flows seamlessly into a nature reserve and down onto Little Thredbo River. You can see and hear the river directly from the patio and it’s the perfect spot to sit with your tea or coffee and start the day. You can also follow Little Thredbo River all the way down to the main Thredbo River, which is around a 10-minute walk.

In winter, the mountain range is regularly covered in snow, whilst in summertime you can see the large granite outcroppings of the Main Range, including Porcupine Rocks up towards Perisher. Brumbies (wild horses) are also regular visitors to the property and there’s a good possibility you will also see kangaroos, deer, and even the odd wombat nearby.

There’s a modern gallery-style kitchen with gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, as well as all the cutlery and crockery you need to cook up a storm.

The modern bathroom even has a small but deep bath to soak off the activities of the day. Alternatively, head up to the Fitness Centre and have a dip in the pool or loosen up in the sauna.

There’s a large laundry with sink, washer, dryer, and ski storage, as well as your own private drying room to dry and store your gear and have it ready for the next day.

Free Wi-Fi is included, along with linen, towels, and toiletries.

Snofall is moments away from the Perisher Ski-tube which takes you directly to Perisher Ski fields and a 15-minute drive to Thredbo Resort.

It is also only a quick drive to many popular local attractions including the Wild Brumby Distillery, Crackenback Farmhouse and the Pender Lea Horse Riding facility.
