The garden and pool area are very private as the neighbouring house was not occupied. About 15 minutes by car from Zadar, the coast at Sukosan and the lake at Posedarje. "My wife and I stayed here as part of a long over due honeymoon. Usually pictures for listings are better than the actual results. Not with this one. The property was even better than the pictures make it look. The house is new, built well, right next to the sea, has private parking, and all the amenities you'd need. If we ever end up in Croatia again, this is where we'd stay. The only things I could nitpik would be a neighbor's dog barking for hours every evening, and that the people in the...

"Es ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, alles ist wirklich so wie auf den Bildern. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilft einem wo er nur kann. Steht mit Rat und tat immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Immer wieder gerne auf einen neuen Urlaub."
