"The Woolshed is a wonderful escape for a group of people who like their privacy and like to be surrounded by natural beauty and quietness. The property was clean and the fire wood was already prepared in the fire place which we absolutely cherished. "Victoria made us so welcome. Beds were comfortable. The space was clean and I loved the style of the furnishings. We had ducks greeting us on our first morning so it was one of our highlights. Short drive up to Cardrona skifield, 2 Minutes walk to Cardrona Hotel for dinner or to the small store for coffee and snacks. "Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant attached to it and good food. Very quiet at night time and the rooms are as new. The staff at the hotel were so helpful and super friendly. We missed our flight and they made sure we are still looked after. What else can you say? Thank you to hotel staff and management!"

"Great vineyard location. We had big room right next to the vines! As part of the stay there is a complementary wine tasting and a shared hot tub! E-bike hire is available to explore the multiple vineyards in Gibbston. Restaurant on site is good - but closes quite early - however grazing boxes are available or there is an oven/ hob in the rooms "
