"Great stay . Have to come to lobby to pick up door dash. Been there on different floors several times and ice machine always out without any notice or concern. Notified front desk, in room dining, & vip desk. Received no apology or fix. Also impossible to get tray retrieved. Must lug heavy tray to place outside door. A lot of pluses including location. But now that I have recalled all these missteps, I should reassess my rating. lol. "

"First of all the hotel is in a great spot. Easily walkable to the train station, Hollywood Boulevard and many places to eat and drink. There is a bar and a diner attached to the hotel. Parking is a little tricky As it is valley only. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Housekeeping was great as well. Don’t have anything bad to say about this place. As it was our first time in LA, don’t hesitate to book it."
