"The property itself was wonderful, great location and an easy walk to the beaches. We have stayed in many Stayz properties over the years. It was extremely disappointing that we had to supply everything from washing detergent, sugar, basic condiments even salt and pepper etc., which in the past has always been provided by the hosts. We were told to pick up the keys at Coolangatta, and received a text to inform us that the keys had to be retuned, and we checked out by 0930. In normal...

"Property is pleasantly decorated. Fortunately the bedrooms are lovely spaces as the communal spaces- although pretty in photos - do not have the same feel as there is a distinct lack of comfortable chairs or sofas to read or chat or watch a show. More water glasses, coffee mugs and a bread knife would be worthwhile additions. Not as private as you would hope for a house & driveway gate would not close so felt quite exposed in a pretty busy location- meant we didn’t want to leave the front door...
