"I didn’t receive my deposit back. Staff said a card ending in the wrong last for digits was credited my refund amount. When I tried to explain details they told me whatever card was on file is what was credited and not to call back. Very rude and wrong because I don’t have my money back, by their own admission the wrong card was credited. The number they quoted was not the correct one!! Extremely upsetting!!! Extremely rude!!! I was treated like I was trying to rip them off. Horrible...
