They were so friendly and helped me with everything—from finding an awesome English speaking guide, luxury transportation with a great standby driver and even helped me find my passport I lost at the airport! "We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The tub was huge. Got a little sick, needed a hot bath, hot water was not a steady stream; had to wait for water to heat up to fill the tub. The apartment was very spacious and overlooked the nightlife. The room is right next to the restaurant where they have a live band playing. It may be torturous to listen to until they stop. The AC worked well, but one room did not cool down at all. Staff was great, but tour company (to Hue) was not the best...

"Booked a stay for 5 nights at this hotel through Expedia. Got a good deal (I thought) on a 'Superior Triple Room' which was to come with 1 x queen size and 1 x double size bed. There was supposed to be a balcony and the room pictures indicated that the bathroom was well lit with a bathtub and a glass shower box. What I got was certainly not that.
