Hotel is by the river with good views. It located 7 minutes walking to the ancient town. Lot of restaurants and cafe nearby. Loi was helpful and friendly, he assisted me to purchase tickets for Hoi an memories show and bus to Ðông Hới. I truly recommend his place.

It is a easy walk to the main Hoi An areas and if you bought too many things to carry, a golf cart ride back is only ~$2 US. The balcony view of the river with lantern boats at night is very nice.
