This two-story condo is the perfect home base for a Lake Ray Hubbard getaway! Located just steps from the Captain's Cove Marina, you can bring your boat and rent a slip or rent a vessel during your stay to enjoy easy access to the water. An on-site pool adds even more opportunity for relaxing outdoor leisure.

The space comes well-appointed for family comfort. A plush sofa and smart TV set the stage for casual downtime in the living room. There's also a dedicated dry bar for mixing up happy hour libations. The full kitchen is more than equipped to handle all your home cooking needs. The upstairs balcony offers a breezy perch for morning coffee. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Place
This property was ready for our stay. Had everything we needed to feel comfortable and to enjoy ourselves. Family lives in the area and mostly out all day but very nice to come back to after each long day to relax and get a restfull sleep for the next days activities. We would definitly stay at this property again, the location is perfect for going anywhere in the city.

Good location but not fit for a family
Location was good but that’s about it. The home was stocked with the very bare minimum. There were no bowls for yogurt in the mornings. No laundry detergent and the dryer was broken, it would not get hot. So our clothes stayed damp when we packed them. I notified the manager of the property and they acknowledged but did not come try to fix it. The home was not very clean. There were cob webs, dead bugs, and hair on the bedsheet. There is a trundle bed, but not extra pillows or blankets for it. The hand soap in the upstairs bathroom was watered down. The queen bed was not very sturdy, the supports would come apart under the mattress when sitting on the edge of the bed (I’m only 145lbs). My husband had to fix it several times. Ultimately, our family would not stay here again and I do not recommend this home until improvements are made.

This place was great! Everything was clean and was a comfortable stay. The bigger bed needed to get fixed a bit since the slats were not staying in place, but overall comfortable. Location was great and easy for us to get to our event.

Great pet friendly condo at the marina
All tile floors for a good pet friendly place for your family. A full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1/2 bath downstairs, well- equipped kitchen, coffee bar, lots of extras to make it very comfortable. The pool goes all the way to 8 feet deep at one end so it stays cool and is partly shaded. Almost directly across from Captain’s Cove marina, about 15 minutes to drive to the other side of the lake for on the lake dining at several good restaurants or to rent a boat for the day. Excellent 24/7 help if you need it and they work to make everything perfect for your stay. Also, they allow you to come in early if the unit is ready at not charge. We didn’t need it but it was nice to have it offered. We will definitely use Vacasa again!
