Excellent location for everything downtown San Antonio has to offer: Alamo, Alamodome, Hemisphere, The Riverwalk and other historic or entertainment venue. Great food. Great time.

We Couldn’t check in when we arrived ,had to wait 30 minutes, they said power outage had just happened Only two washcloths for the room and we went down to the front desk. She said we would have to wait until in the morning until the maid came in. Would not even give me a chance to upgrade my room and pay extra money said because I booked with a third-party there was not a chance of me being able to do that. Also because I booked with a third-party, I could not obtain a receipt Upon checking out. Nice pool. gentleman that was also a guest had to clean it before him and my grandson and daughter got into pool. Light did not work in room 407 properly. Toilet is tricky to flush. You have to hold it down in order for it to flush. Not updated for USB plugs only very few outlets able to use Small TV and outdated for room size Comfy bed Four pillows on each Lakeview isn’t the greatest, but you can see the lake Complex view,mainly get the complex view next-door apartment complex Carpets get stains on them A lot of lighting, but very poor lighting. TV hung crooked on the wall. Body wash completely out soap and shampoo, almost out Bathroom door gets stuck You have to hold the toilet flusher down completely Roach in hallway Black n wall maybe mold or burnt Was nice to be able to get up early and go to the lake to watch the sunrise behind Bass Pro. Breakfast was awesome. It actually had bacon! Also had biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes, and a lot of other stuff.

Convenient to where we were going. 1st room AC shorted out( sparks included). Went back to lobby and the lady who checked us in was fantastic just like before. New room was nice, but floor around AC unit was damp., we put a towel down n let them know when we checked out.

After calling and saying i would arrive late coming from out of town..they told me thats fine drove 9 hours to be told i was someone else and at 6 in the morning my mother small daughter and i was left out stranded in a place we never been before because he canceled and sold my room and they are now booked

Lights, phone, and tv did not work. I reported it to the front desk. She sent a maintenance person to my room who stated that Spectrum was supposed to be coming to fix TV's. He needed to remove the entire headboard to try and fix lights. He would need to get a new phone for the room. Asked when I would be gone for a few hours while he fixed everything. I was not leaving for a few hours. I was there to relax, watch tv and read.

The air quality in room 204 was mildewy/moldy. The bathroom faucet ran slowly and the shower curtain doesn't keep water off the floor. The price for a weekend stay was too much for the quality of the room.

Too many HORRIBLE things about this property to name, from the roaches to lights not working to dirty rooms to the GM(Jon) stating "Oh I'm sorry" which is useless. Will Never stay here again on a business trip and not recommending to anyone. Just stay at Super 8 or under the highway instead.

The lady at the front’s attitude was atrocious. We can specifically for the pool and when I asked her why it was closed and why it wasn’t online she told me it was and it was my fault for not seeing it. I was visibly upset and so she offered to cancel my reservation so I accepted ( loosing 200 Expedia points btw because those don’t get refunded). I also got online after mad it does NOT state it on Expedia that the pool is closed.
