Welcome to our home! A new modern build just minutes from Downtown Dallas. Our uniquely designed home offers luxurious living with almost 3,000 sqft of interior space. Our home boasts spacious bedrooms, stunning high ceilings, a rooftop ,an electric fenced driveway and a spa-like owners suite. -PRIME LOCATION- Just minutes from Downtown, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, and Deep Ellum. Our professionally designed home is absolutely perfect for large groups looking to enjoy what Dallas has to offer!

This newly constructed 3story home has amazing interior touches and plenty space for bigger groups. You will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, plush mattresses and pillows in each room for maximum comfort. As well as fast speed wifi and smart TV's to stream and watch whatever it is you can think of.

Downstairs you will have one bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. The other three bedrooms are found on the second level. Two queens in one room, One queen in the room adjacent, and a king bed + futon sleeper in the master suite. You will also find a blow up mattress in the master closet. The third floor you will find the rooftop where you and guest can enjoy some group fun.

Maintenance Required, but Livable
Property good but minor structural issues need addressing. Maintenance needed: water leaks in walls, drainage in showers, some doors stick, missing window covers, stained and damaged flooring downstairs. Recommended upgrades: bigger dining table for large parties, desk in common area or entryway near front bedroom, seating in master bath closet, towel racks in bathrooms, master bath needs toilet paper holder.

Horrible stay
We had an extremely unfortunate and disappointing Stay with Vrbo. I had requested in February and March to check in at three as this was for a bridal party. The host did not get back to me until the day of check-in at 4 PM stating that check-in would not be until 4:30. My family arrived at 4 o’clock as this was the original check in time And the house Was extremely messy. The housekeepers did not leave till after 530. My family ended up helping clean and the place was still nasty after they left. There were dirty Blankets that were downstairs that were not washed. The towels were disgusting and stained. The comforter had a blood spot on it as well as pubic hairs. Broken appliances, wires hanging from the smoke detector. The walls are all covered with black markings. The toilet paper holders were hanging off the wall. We then had somebody attempt to break into the house at 2 AM. This is An extremely Unsafe neighborhood along with guys watching us from the street across the road. Thomas the property manager is very hard to get ahold of and after letting him know about the cleaning problem and the attempted break in there was no retribution after he had said he would see what he could do. Would absolutely NOT recommend. I also have pictures for every single thing I have listed.

No HOT water or AC
Check in was really easy. Home is beautiful, beds were really comfortable, house was clean and smelled really good. BUT!. No hot water for 3 of the 4 nights. When we went upstairs the heat was 96 degrees. House would not cool down. The AC did not work until the last night of our stay. We washed the dishes by hand because the dishwasher smelled really bad like a mixture of manure & feces and left a film on the dishes. The manager did stay in contact with us everyday even when maintenence & plumbers had to show up to the house 4 times. Also there was a hole in the wall and ants were crawling all over the wall. We had to buy ant killer to keep them at bay. Overall not a comfortable vacation home. Unless you like cold water & Hot air blowing on you at 3am in the morning. The home needs better cooking pans and only had 8 plates. It was nice to have parking inside the fenced yard since the neigborhood is a bit sketchy.
