The Space:
Nestled in a serene setting on the banks of Loch Awe, the lodge offers spacious and stylish accommodations perfect for groups or families. The elevated position grants breathtaking views of the loch from the expansive balcony that stretches across the length of the building. With direct access to the water and a shared pontoon, guests can fully immerse themselves in the tranquil surrounding nature. Despite being in a rural location, the property is conveniently only 20 minutes away from Inveraray and 40 minutes from Oban, ensuring a perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Starlink superfast wifi is available to keep guests fully connected during their stay.

Internally, the lodge boasts 3 bedrooms catering to various needs. The master bedroom features a cozy double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and double doors that open to remarkable views of the loch. A second double bedroom also offers picturesque loch views, while a third bedroom provides 2 single beds. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath caters to all guests' convenience. The main living space comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and an open-plan living area with access to the balcony, offering stunning views over the loch and the distant hills.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the lodge, private parking, the surrounding grounds, loch access and use of the pontoon.
The Neighborhood:
The property is located in a rural location on the banks for Loch Awe. The development is accessed via a track which brings you from the road down to the lochside. Ardbrecknish House is at the top of the track and serves meals and has a bar. The closest town is Inveraray, which is 20 minutes by car. Inveraray has numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and takeaways as well as a Co-op where you will be able to pick up any supplies you need.
Getting Around:
Due to the rural nature of the property you will require a car. If people are coming to meet you during your stay they would be able to get a bus from Glasgow to Inveraray.
Other Things to Note:
We can arrange rental of a high chair and a travel cot if needed during your stay
Please note, check in is not available on the 25th of December and the 1st of January.
For insurance purposes, the lead booker must be over 25. ID verification is required on all bookings.
