"We stayed here for just 3 nights at the end of our trip to CR and could have definitely stayed longer. Service was fabulous both in reception and restaurants always someone to greet you with a smile and nothing is too much trouble… thankfully even helping you with many bags up many steps was no trouble. Room was a good size nicely laid out with aircon and a massive bathroom. Food in the restaurant was a little pricey but really enjoyable and breakfast was great with a small buffet and a menu to order off too which we loved. Cocktails were also amazing we loved it if we were back in time for happy hour while the kids played in the pool. The pool was lovely well maintained and the small slide was a massive hit. It’s not the biggest family pool where as the adult pool looked bigger which is a shame but didn’t affect my families enjoyment. They also run a small programme of activities which I thought was great even if we didn’t get to enjoy them. Beautiful grounds in a good location with a few restaurants and a couple of shops in walking distance. The espadilla (?) beach is as only a few minutes down the road but don’t attempt walking back up like we did…. It’s steep! We also got an Uber cheaply to the MA park and to Quepos. Only very slight negatives it wasn’t the easiest to get an Uber it’s only if they were passing and the shuttle bus could benefit from having one more time each way and a few more parasols around the pool would have been fab. But overall fantastic "

"We stayed in room #7 and it was a steep climb up the stairs, but the views made it worth it. Rooms were basic with 2 beds, sitting chair, mini fridge, and bathroom. No TV but did not want one with so much to do. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was included and was perfect. Pool was very nice. Restaurant had good menu options and the staff was super nice. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided too. "

"We had three nights stay and we love it. It was brand new place opened up recently. We took a corner room 210 with two balcony overlooking rainforest all the way to ocean. Plenty of wildlife encounter. Monkey to Toucan to Macaw. Chain of hanging bridges was our favorite to stroll in the morning and enjoy the fresh air. Nightly rainfall was amazing - sound and the serenity. Loved it. Staff were super nice. Every one. They coordinated taxi drop off and pickup. Good restaurant recommendations. There were neighborhood grocery store and fast food style local restaurant within short walk for lunch. Free breakfast was better than average and nice variety of hot and cold traditional foods. Highly recommend. "

"Fantastic customer service started before we even checked in. The front desk woman helped place an order at the restaurant to be ready when we got there because we were arriving later than expected with sleepy kids. We were welcomed with yummy welcome drink which the kids loved and then shown to our room. Our dinner was brought right up which was so nice! Everything was clean and the location was super convenient to everything. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend staying here!"
