The property is charming with great attention to detail. Love the old world feel and the access to food and wine . Only recommendation is brighter lighting in the room for reading. Amazon has rechargeable lights that you can move around and would work. Thanks for a great stay.

It's right on PCH, loud and not on the beach side forcing you to cross the road and train tracks to go to the beach. The rooms are beautifully appointed but not much storage space available. The only restaurant and parking lot access is great. The room rates are very good and reasonably priced, I will definitely come back but just be aware the experience is limited and similar to a great very fancy Motel on steroids:)

Amazing boutique hotel, everything from the comfortable beds to the ocean waves at night, beautiful patios and fires, well kept gardens and paths, and quaint bar and restaurant with a small limited menu but good food! Love that it’s an adult only hotel!

This is the perfect little get away place. It is decorated beautifully. Every detail is perfect.It's cozy and comfortable. Easy and convenient parking. A wonderful little bar to enjoy a night cap. Love this beautifully recently restored Spanish hotel. Perfect to celebrate our anniversary. For those like myself that appreciate historic details and beautiful antiques, you will not be disappointed. Ocean views from every window in the suite and the fireplace adds ambience and warms up the room. Bathroom is small but nice. It’s right on PCH but not too noisy. Grounds are lovely with fire pits and a large fountain. No pool but nice that they have lounge chairs on the lawn to look at the ocean. Beautiful bar/check-in lounge area. Overall a nice romantic hotel. Looking forward to our next visit.
