Independent in Darling Harbour

"The accommodation was exceptional on all levels. The staff were beyond helpful, upgrading our room, helping with directions and making us feel comfortable and welcomed. There were plenty of eateries to select from and the MJ musical was excellent. it was extremely convenient to stay so close to the theatre. At first I found the digital key idea to be cool and the hotel welcoming with their well executed links to spa, dining etc but after several emails and messages and having to download an app that was glitchy, I found it to be the opposite of what I wanted. "So glad we stayed here. The location was perfect for our requirements, so many restaurants and eateries, a short stroll to Paddy's Market and walking distance to Darling Harbour, museums and parks. All of the staff were great, especially Asma, whom we dealt with the most, cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thanks for the stay, definitely recommend and we will be back. "
