"Sorry for the delay in writing a review. This house was wonderful for our family. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. We received very clear directions for check-in. The owner was quick to respond to questions as was the property manager. Our kids liked the TV’s in their bedrooms, as they don’t have that at home! "The property was lovely. Everything was as pictured. There were plenty of dishware and pots and pans. Although we opted to use disposable for the most part. The host communicated every step of the way. The only "con" I would say is that the house is pretty far from the club resort amenities. It was about 13 minutes walk which isn't terrible but in 90 degree weather with no shade and a bunch of kids it could be brutal, But we enjoyed the home so much it didn't matter. "

"Every year we travel to the Orlando area for a flag football tournament. The biggest thing we look for in a house is location and comfort. We got both of those with this home. The owner and property manager were helpful and had great communication. The house was big enough for all of us and the area was quiet (which we love). When we come back next year if this home is available we plan to book again."

"My family and I really enjoyed this place!! It’s spacious super comfortable for a big family! Everybody was happy and had a great time in the pool! When we got to the place the pool was dirty due to the hurricane but I spoke to the property manager and they got somebody to clean it right away! The communication with the owner was excellent! The neighborhood it’s relay nice they have parks for the kids! We really enjoyed staying here and we look forward to booking with them again! "

"I always look at reviews when searching for a place to stay. I tend to choose places that have some reviews that seem a bit unfair to the home owner. This was definetly one that had some unfair comments. This was a amazing home! The host was very responsive and engaging. The location was the best I have stayed at in Florida near the parks.There was everything you could think of not far from the house. The beds were comfortable and clean. "It advatized wifi which we did not have. One of the best sheets on my room was very dirty and had cuts in it. Mind you the sheet was in-between the other two sheets but and not noticeable till you separated them, however how hard is it to replace the throw like blanket if it's damaged and is stained. I can't speak for the other rooms since I stayed in the master bathroom. Everything else looked clean and maintained and everything was working besides the advertised wifi and the front desk...
