Family Beach Get-Away in Ocean Terrace Club

Enjoy a home away from home at the beach. Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can enjoy a spacious 1100 sq. ft. condo for less? The condo has two full bathrooms and two bedrooms - easily accommodating up to six people. Each bedroom and the main room have a flat screen TV, cable and DVD player. The newly remodeled kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances along with kitchen gadgets galore. Linens, towels, beach towels, and other necessities are already stocked. Our beach/pool closet is stocked with boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, and a beach cart to carry it all! The beach ramp is just across the street, providing access to the driving beach to the North and the non-driving beach to the South. The grounds include a sparkling pool, tennis court, shuffleboard court, and laundry facilities. Nearby attractions: Daytona International Speedway, Disney World, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine.

Friendly quiet
This place has a nice kitchen which I appreciated. The building was quiet and friendly and a short walk to the beach. With everything we needed in room. Was very convenient and accommodating.

Wonderful Place
We absolutely loved staying here! Right across from the beach! Easy access to all things fun in Dayton Beach! The condo lacked nothing! It was so well equipped and comfortable! We had great communication with Richard! We would definitely stay again!

Had pest control walk in the apartment while we were sleeping and in the bathroom. Working living room TV can be tricky. Floors were sticky. Building manager was weird about us putting parking tag in our car and giving her a copy of our drivers license.owner hasn't updated instructions about maid services for the condo. Otherwise it was a great location and price.

A beautiful 5 star Condo!
This was a beautiful condo! You can see the time and care the owners put into this place. Beautifully decorated with everything already there that you would need. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone who may be contemplating staying in the area.

Very nice and reasonable priced for a place across the beach
We stayed here during a recent visit to move in one of children who will be attending college in Port Orange. The condo was very clean and perfectly located for our visit. The pictures on listing were spot on and we would stay here again. Richard was very responsive.

Close to the beach
Condo was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owner helped us with TV operation, and contacted cable company for repairs. Condo was clean and met all of our needs. Only problem was noise from “Bike Week” and property owner had no control over that. Overall a very relaxing time. Perfect weather for the two weeks. Easy Beach access for daily walks.

Just right! Location, Location, Location!
Great location, easy to the get beach (just across the street and down the ramp), easy to get in and out of the condo and close to everything Daytona Beach Shores and area has to offer. The Pool area is very nice as it gets sun all day long. Very well kept in all the common areas of condo. Laundry facility works great. The Condo has a spacious kitchen, a spacious living room, and the beds are very comfy. We would stay again .If you are looking for very user friendly, easy beach access, nice condo that cost is very reasonable...look no further. This is it!

Most pleasant experience
This property is not one of the most but is the only one that I can honestly say was my best experience. To access the property is very easy and he provided steps by step clearly. Once I made it to the property the unit was extremely clean and neat. The owner was very polite and pleasant. This property deserves more then a five star if I could give it a million stars I would. Beautiful Beach Respite
We have visited this property multiple times, and we will definitely be back. Even though the property is across the street from the beach, access is super easy - 100 steps and you're in the sand. The property has been beautifully renovated, it's always immaculately clean, and it's stocked with everything you need. Rick and Amiee are excellent hosts and have thought of even the smallest details.

Our Spring 2022 two week vacation at Ocean View Halifax was wonderful! Rick was available for any needs, and we had none, the condo was very clean, beautiful and had everything you would need for a vacation. Beach access is a quick walk across the street, with the option of a drive-on or car-free beach. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning in Spring 2023!!!

The location was great and the apartment was very equipped- kitchen tools, a lot of towels, and everything that is needed for the beach (which is 2 minutes walk). The laundry room was super clean and down the hall, and each floor has one so it wasn’t busy at all. Communication was easy and fast, and everything we needed was taken care of. Thank you for a great stay.

Check in process was very easy. Overall the Condo is very nice. Spacious, clean, and good location. The Condo is very well maintained and updated. Has nice bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. We really enjoyed the stay. We moved our son into college. The Condo sits at the quiet part of town directly across from beach access. Was very nice and easy to get to the beach and bring accessories. We also enjoyed the pool and played tennis at the Condo. Thank you Rick for the nice accomodations.

Great Location
We're originally from this area and were looking for a place to stay while visiting family. This listing was perfect for us. Clean and tidy with easy access to the beach. Condo was spacious with a modern kitchen. Building is quiet and check in was a breeze.

Great beach vacation
The condo is great! It is bigger than the pictures tell. I usually only book condos with washer and dryer in the unit, but I had no issues washing our towels and clothes. The location is great even though it’s not on the beach it is literally right across the street and the pool is very nice! The owner is super helpful and very responsive. We would stay again!

Amazing Place!
This place was awesome!! Close to the beach extremely well kept. Only thing I wasn’t expecting when I got there is it was way bigger than the pictures lead you to believe. Very spacious and up to date. Wonderful place to stay in Daytona!!
