"This apartment was perfect for me. I was in town for a Stony Brook parents weekend and was in close proximity to everything I needed. Comfy bed, very clean, private, and I liked having my coffee out on my patio in the mornings. Great communication from the owner as well. A+ all around!"

"We loved the location, but the home was loaded with spiders, most appliances did not work (dishwasher did not work, blender, toaster oven, the stove top only half worked) - plus the pots were scratched (and with Teflon not useable) The shower door was broken and would not close, the toilet paper roll holder had no dowel to hold roll, toilet seat very loose, door frames were chipped and dirty, hold in wall next the bed in room with bunkbeds, laundry closet had missing doors. "Wonderfully quaint! Our stay was perfect. I felt like I was at home. Everything you need for a few days stay or even longer. Super clean and inviting. Communication was absolutely hospitable! No regrets and I would definitely stay again!"

"The home is wonderful in a great location. Only if that location was known to the rental company. It may be a google problem, but someone needs to pin the correct location, otherwise you wind up on the wrong ferry, in the wrong town. "

"Got dropped off at the H-Mart from the airport and did my shopping and then walked over, as the host mentioned it was within walking distance and they were right! Super convenient. Well laid out, thoughtful instructions, everything was super easy. Ideal location for a couple of adults to stay to attend a convention.
