"The staff are most commendable. Very warm and friendly, accommodating to a fault. The cleaning staff are the best. We were assigned to the far end of the adults only part of the hotel so it is much quieter. Not that I mind, but the "adults only" seems to be more of a suggestion than a rule. It is in the maintenance and upkeep of facilities that Hilton fell short. Our back terrace's lights busted. The covers of the upholstery of the outdoor furniture are in different state of disrepair....

"There was construction happening while we were there with the main spa closed which was a shame, but otherwise a really nice resort. A lot of children at this resort. Live music playing at the ocean bar is very repetitive and quite corny. But the kids liked it. Not a fan of communal toiletries in hotels/resorts - it can be grubby and unhygienic - it's very commercial feeling, but it seems many are going this way. "We love Musket but the very loud music blasting by the pool and restaurant was disappointing. It didn’t used to be like this at Musket. Spoiled things for us. We could even hear the music in our room in the day which meat reading and relaxing was overshadowed. "
