Our spacious four-bedroom home provides all you need for a memorable vacation with your family or friends. It's the perfect sanctuary for those seeking peace and relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to numerous city attractions. Enjoy Texas like few get to enjoy.

The Space:
The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows:
*All bedrooms are on first floor*
- Primary Bedroom - King Bed
- Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
- Bedroom 3 - Two Queen Beds
- Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed and Bunk Bed (3 Beds Total)

All Linens and towels provided.
(POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED)

Our kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area and breakfast nook.

Guest Access:
We offer self check-in. Once you confirm the reservation, you'll receive all the instructions to access the home one day before your arrival, through the Airbnb message thread.

Other Things to Note:
- Pet-Friendly: House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Register your pets and clean up after them, especially in the backyard.
- No Parties/Large Gatherings: Only registered guests are allowed. Contact us if you have queries or need clarification before booking. Perfect place for small gathering with your family.
- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 8+ guests.
- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pool and Hot Tub: The pool/hot tub is serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated.
- Landscaping: Is done once a week.
- Security Cameras: Two cameras are installed outside for security, none inside.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs.

Lovely home and excellent host interactions
We came to the area to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. The host was friendly and responsive to all my questions. Bonus, there is a green belt with a playground and walking trails one block away. I would definitely stay there again.
