5 bedroom, Ranch layout, beautiful home available now! All new furnishings in 2022, new 70 in Smart TV, new matresses, new linens, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a home away from home! This home has a large yard, tons of parking, and is across from Discovery Park with large playground and skate park. Starbucks and Sprouts are easy walking distance across the park! We have amazing neighbors so there is absolutely no parties or events allowed at this home. The manager lives close by and keeps a close on this home to prevent events at this home.

This is a ranch home with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on .4 acres with a fenced backyard! There bedroom layout is 2 bedrooms with King beds, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, and one room with 2 full beds. There are 3 showers in the home and a laundry room available for guests to use. The home has tons of parking and has an additional hangout space in the garage when the weather is nice. There is a ping - pong table and extra refrigerator in the garage. Everything is new in this home! The home highlights a remodeled kitchen with white cabinets, new stainless appliances, and white quartz countertops. All bathrooms have new tile, vanities, and fixtures. New flooring, new paint, new carpet, all new bedding and furnishings. The main living room has open floor plan with living/dining room open to the kitchen along with a dedicated built-in desk in the open space for getting work done. There is a dining room table that can seat 10 plus a bar at the kitchen counter. A new 70 inch Smart TV and fireplace create a relaxing living room. Perfect layout for the family. Owners were very accommodating and easy to reach. There is an issue with water pressure for the shower. The yard could use some landscaping help but it was a perfect location.

Overall positive experience!
We loved the open living spaces and the location, which were perfect for our 4 day stay in Denver. The owner was very responsive and helped us out when we left something important behind! Our only complaints are that the hot water pressure was abysmal and the cleanliness left something to be desired.

Spacious, clean and great location. Comfortable beds. Owner/property manager was quick to respond. 2 things need to be addressed or it would have been a 5 star rating. Horrible water pressure in all showers even when we tried to stagger people showering. Air conditioning wouldn’t keep up in the back bedrooms. We made the best of it and still had a great trip.

This house is wonderful for a large group! Lots of room and space for sleeping and hanging out! we used this for my bridesmaids and I before our wedding and it was great! Convenient location to Golden and very clean and well kept!!

Spacious, convenient, comfortable, and fun!
The home was perfectly sized for everyone’s comfort (10 adults). The gas grill outside, ping pong table in the garage, complimentary WiFi and smart TV was a plus for bonding and spending quality time with each other. There is ample parking space for multiple vehicles and easy access to the garage for loading and unloading. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for home cooking! The host was very helpful, accommodating, and responded in a timely manner.

Comfortable home for larger families
We spent Christmas with our family in this home and enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of room for larger groups and the location is very convenient. The big backyard, ping pong table and neighborhood park make is ideal for young guests. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped for large groups. I think the house had been used quite a bit and needed a little more deep cleaning (rugs, couch, some of the floors) and a few items needed repair. The appliances worked well (the extra refrigerator was excellent), although the oven was very dirty (large spill had baked on the bottom) and we needed to clean it before using. Regardless, I would recommend the property and found the manager very responsive.

The host was very responsive to our questions. Clean and updated carpets etc. Couple of minor issues, hand soap in bathrooms had been watered down. The recycle receptacle was more than 3/4 full on our arrival. There were 2 coffee makers but not even a hand mixer (even crank style, there were 2 clothes irons.

Great House!!
Our family came together from multiple states to stay in this house for a week for a wedding. The house was exactly what we needed. The amount of bedrooms/beds was perfect as well as the bathrooms. The open layout of the kitchen/dining room/living room was great for cooking, eating and hanging out with our large group. The ping pong table in the garage was such a fun plus. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and we appreciated the large assortment of serving dishes and Tupperware. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great Location!
We were in town for a wedding with activities in Golden, Idaho Springs and Morrison. It was a great location. Easy access to all of our activities. Easy drives to Breckenridge, Mt. Evans and Lookout Mt. Close to groceries, gas, restaurants and I-70. Very nice park near home. It was a good fit for 9 adults.

Overall a Nice House
There were many things we liked about the house -- the number of bedrooms and baths, cleanliness, location and plenty of room for a large size group. While we enjoyed all this there were many small annoyances that could probably be easily remedied. First and maybe foremost was the amount of flies and bugs that seemed to be able to get into the house -- maybe thru ventilation as we had no doors or windows open for any length of time. We would also have appreciated more soap, both in the soap dispensers and a body wash or soap in the shower. We also needed more wash clothes (we only had one) and hand towels. Kitchen frying pans need to be replaced as they were very difficult to clean. Master bath had some poor design features as water sprayed out of the shower and there was no light over the mirror, This may be getting a little picky but thought you might appreciate the feedback. Overall we had a very nice stay and would recommend the house to others.

We had three families stay here during a weeklong sports camp. The location was great - there is a great park for kids just steps away from the house. We had plenty of room for all and the house was recently updated. We had a few issues with the air conditioning and bedroom fans when we first arrived (and unfortunately, the weather was super hot) but the host worked very hard to get those items resolved as quickly as possible which was awesome. The kids loved the ping pong table and extra space in the garage. There is a spacious back parking area/yard, and it would be great to add outdoor furniture and a grill the future.
