Experience old-world charm at our 1920s farmhouse duplex! This upper level, 1000 sqft, pet-friendly suite features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and sunroom. Grill up dinner on the outdoor BBQ. Shared outdoor amenities include a pergola, backwoods-style fire pit, and ping pong table. The downstairs unit of the duplex is also available for guests.

Nearby dining, shopping, & attractions, quick access to I-70. Make this lovely retreat your home away from home during your Colorado stay!

We're here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. If you need assistance, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This residence has two separate units, an upstairs and downstairs suite. You'll be staying in the upper level unit and with its own private entrance. The basement unit is rented separately. The yard and outdoor amenities are *shared* with the basement unit. Please note that this is a historic house from the early 1900s and the units are not soundproof, there is some creaking and uneven flooring. If there are guests staying in the basement unit you will be able to hear them at times.

The kitchen boasts stunning industrial wood open shelving, large subway tiles, and an original steel ceiling beam, adding character to the space. The shaker cabinets are topped with butcher block counters, while the eclectic tiles, mounted hood fan, and full-sized stainless steel appliances round out the space. Enjoy preparing meals in this inviting space that seamlessly connects to the dining area. With essentials at your fingertips, this kitchen is sure to inspire your inner chef.

BEDROOMS:
Each of the three bedrooms in our revived 1920s farmhouse duplex features comfortable queen/full beds, soft linens, and ample storage space, each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful night's rest.

BATHROOM:
The full bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hard dryer.

SHARED OUTSIDE SPACE:
Step outside and explore a outdoor fun, featuring a plethora of amenities shared with the adjoining unit to indulge in. Your pups will love the yard, providing a fun space for them to play and run around to their heart's content, please note the yard is not fully fenced and dogs should be supervised.

Relax at the wood-burning fire pit under the lovely pergola while taking in the stunning Colorado night sky. Spend leisurely afternoons dining alfresco in the picnic dining area. Rally with friends and family at the ping pong table in the garage. Savor home-cooked barbecue on the deck, equipped with a gas grill. With so much to enjoy, our charming farmhouse will provide a memorable stay filled with endless amenities and activities.

This home is conveniently located near several transportation options, making it easy to explore all that Denver has to offer. The Clear Creek Light Rail Station is less than a half-mile away, providing access to the entire Denver metro area. In addition, I-70 is just a few blocks away, making it easy to hop on the highway and explore the city by car. For those who prefer ride-sharing, popular services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.

For your safety, security cameras have been installed outside the property on the driveway. There are no cameras inside the property.
