The good:
quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Good appliances. Adequate cookware and dishes. Plenty of extra towels, bedding, and pillows. Comfortable furniture, very roomy. Good Wi-fi.
Very simple to get to Ball Arena.
The not so good:
Parking is not good! Our party had 2 vehicles. There is a very small concrete pad to park on but the garbarge/recycle totes are in front of it so it's not easily accessible and it's not really even big enough for 1 vehicle let alone 2. Instructions say additional vehicle should park on the street but street is EXTREMELY NARROW so in order to park you have to get over into the yard of the property to be out of traffic. It snowed while we were there so then we couldn't get in or out of our vehicle without stepping in the mud.
Cleanliness--downstairs bathroom was not clean! Shower/tub had a ring, dirt on floor and in window sill. All light fixtures throughout house full of cobwebs. Upstairs bathroom was fairly clean and all bedding and towels were clean but overall deep cleaning definently needed to be done.
Overall a good stay.
