Welcome to this gorgeous, newly renovated building right in the middle of all the action. You will have the entire spacious floor to yourself and are just blocks from 16th Street Mall, the Colorado State Capitol, and the hottest dining and nightlife spots downtown. Modern and upscale, this top-line unit offers the best of Denver.

Open floor plans and spacious living areas combine to create more than enough room for your group, and deluxe furnishings contribute to a luxurious feel. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel WOLF appliances, granite countertops, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, 2 ovens, wine chiller, microwave, and a bar. The dining areas can accommodate up to 12 people: 8 at the glass-top dining table and 4 at the granite counter. The entertainment area offers plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat-screen TV, with a door out to the huge (2,000+ sqft) patio that runs the entire length of the unit. The patio includes seating and tables for entertaining or just relaxing under the stars. Unwind in one of the 2 bathtubs and large glass showers. If you need to be productive during your trip, the office is the perfect quiet place to work. There is a private laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink in the unit. This unit can accommodate up to 12 people. Two bedrooms have huge attached walk-in closets, and the third bedroom has a big storage space. Each room is tastefully designed with the highest quality beds, linens, furniture, and décor.

Groom's Wedding Party
Excellent property, stayed there with my Groomsmen for my wedding and hosted a BBQ the day after the wedding. Amazing communication with the host. Just be sure everyone has keys to get in and out of the building, there's not a host present at all times.

The condo was super clean, furniture and beds were comfortable and its downtown location was very convenient. I would suggest that for a place that can sleep up to 10 people that they have a coffee maker that can make more than 5 small cups. Also for the sake of safety a coffee table with a affixed top. Despite these somewhat minor inconveniences, we really enjoyed our stay.

We got there and everything went very well. The group constantly talked about how nice the place was. We had everything we needed and the house was even bigger and better than the pictures gave it credit for. We had a great time and ended up staying in a little more than we normally do on our annual football trip because the place was so nice. And o e of the members of the group forget some personal items and all it took was one message and the host returned the items!! Overall an absolutely great place!!

Unexpected room change
We did a last minute booking for a 4 bedroom. The morning of check in, we were informed we were “upgraded” because our unit wasn’t ready due to Flooring. We specifically Rented a 4 bedroom to accommodate our family, and the booking was changed last minute to a 3 bedroom. I asked why we were able to rent the unit if it wasn’t ready. No answer. Anyway the unit was nice, but we were expecting to rent a 4 bedroom. Instead, we had a 3 bedroom unit.

This place is a gem in the middle of Denver. Walking distance to convention center, capital, downtown restaurants and shops. Close to grocery stores. Has great amenities and everything you need for your stay. Large open space perfect for entertaining. Spacious closets and bathrooms. Secure! The property management company was quick, attentive and communicative. The deck is amazing with sweeping views of the city. We had so much fun while attending our conference.

The staff at The Skyline are extremely personable and create a very welcoming environment. Our group had a slightly unconventional use case for the space and not only were they accommodating but also helped us pull off one of our most successful events to date! The in-house catering service is phenomenal, very tasty food AND friendly people — nothing better! The only thing that differed from the posting was the office space, which has been transformed into a bunk room. I would recommend bringing an eye mask to wear at night if you're bothered by ambient light :)
