WOODHAVEN EVERGREEN RETREAT
This serene home is the perfect destinationfor relaxation and fun in one of the most breathtakingly beautifultowns of Colorado.
The 4 bedroom, 3 full bathhome has many amenities and is children friendly, pet friendly, and remote work friendly. Free Wifi, printer and scanner, baby gates, children dishes, toys and books, baby noise monitor, free library, fenced in area for pets, pet bowls. There is also a dishwasher, washer/dryer, crockpot, air-fryer, microwave,and many other appliances at your disposal. Are you in need of an extra car during your stay? There is a station wagon BWM available for rental as well. Plenty of parking on the premises.
Centrally located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the house is located within 200 yards of Alderfer/Three Sisters park trailhead with extensive trails for hiking, cycling, climbing and horseback riding. You can hike or take a shortdriveto Evergreen Lake and the quaintEvergreen downtown area. Other notable destinations within driving distance includeRed Rocks Amphitheatre (20 minutes), Downtown Denver (40 minutes), Denver International Airport (1 hour), as well as the famousski resorts Colorado has to offer (Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mtn are are just over an hour drive).

There is a backyard oasis with a hot tub bringing world-class hydrotherapy with the ambiance of cascading water and soothing lights, a propane gas BBQ with side burner, outdoor seating,and a fire pit area.

Beautiful Place!
All was per the pictures. Had deer in the yard a couple of times. Able to spend a lot of time outside. Nice and quiet, trees and views. Kitchen fully stocked. Bedrooms nicely spaced out. Would definitely stay again.

5 paws up! Would have stayed longer!
Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the outdoor spaces more in the evenings and mornings. We only had 3 days and we wanted to be out hiking so we left early and then went to bed early. Meaning we didn’t get to make smores and enjoy the strings of lights. But it all looked great. We got in late the first night & the steps are all lined with solar powered lights. So that was very helpful. Everything is labeled or the instructions make it very clear how to use things. Having the hot tub ready to go is great because we have had to wait hours for them to heat up in other places. Evergreen is a lovely town. We took advantage of the creeks for our dogs to have fun. Wed night summer concert series was so fun for all of us. The house is centrally located, which helps since the winding roads can take some time and we had been in the car for 2 days already. We walked the trail right next to the house, thx to Romanie having all the trail maps marked. Good, quiet ceiling fans, comfy beds, and Nice linens. We also try to be earth friendly, so it was great to see so much detail put in to cleaning and the reusable supplies. Since it’s been in their family a while, you can see the love and appreciate how they have found a way to optimize the space with well placed hooks and hallway lights. It was also a nice surprise to find so many doggie accessories. Since we didn’t want the dogs to get the house dirty, we used Dogma self cleaning. Highly recommend!

Cozy feel but still spacious - perfect for our family
Enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood was quiet and a short drive to the lake and center of town. Kitchen was well-equipped and they had lots of board games. Beds were comfy and the heated bathroom floor in the basement bathroom was a plus. House can get a little warm in spots so recommend turning down heat at night. Only issue was that it had snowed before we arrived and there was no shovel but the host was super responsive and apologetic.

Cozy cabin getaway
The home was very comfortable and cozy, but also roomy great location, secluded but less than 10 minutes to get into downtown Evergreen kitchen well stocked we cooked our whole Thanksgiving dinner there no problem. If Evergreen is your destination, this home, is a great option.
