With 3 queen beds and 1 futon, this peaceful retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Enjoy the brilliant natural light that fills the bedrooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take a relaxing soak in the bathtub or stay active in the fitness room. WiFi, heating, and AC ensure a comfortable stay. This was a perfect property for us, as we visited our DesMoines relative from out of town. The host/owner was exceptionally responsive to all questions and needs. The hot tub was amazing!

Great location
We came for the Hillbilly Hike run and it was perfect. The location was great, close to things to do but not too close, perfect neighborhood. The owner was awesome, I had to contact him because some of the girls thought beeping was coming from the room. He found it in one of the girls purses, nothing to do with the house. I am happy that we found this little oasis in Des Moines!

Great short stay
A few of my nursing school friends and I got together for an anniversary weekend. We did not spend a ton of time at the house, and we only stayed for one night, but it was very comfortable and easy to find. We used the hot tub, which was very relaxing, and we all slept great. Any communication we had with the property owner was replied to quickly, and he made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall the place was perfect for my family and pet dog who loved the big yard and the family LOVED the hottub and outdoor cooking options and used them all. The bedrooms were large enough and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. If an option for a washer/dryer was available for larger groups (over3 for more than 4days) it would be so convenient, and we could even wash the linens on the way out as is standard in several places I have stayed. The place seemed a bit dusty and may need to vacuum more including curtains and upstairs as well as furniture. However, we would certainly recommend this place as the owner was great and the location near the airport was super. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Thank you making our family reunion so easy and wonderful
