Hello guests, welcome to our fresh and clean house in a quiet neighborhood.

This residential ranch includes three bedrooms and two full bath, hot tub, open-floor kitchen with breakfast bar, 1st floor laundry, dishwasher, washer and dryer on site, two car attached garage. We clean, sanitize and wash linens between guest. It is located in a new development neighborhood, very quiet and nice. Please let us know ahead if you need a baby crib; we will set it up. The outside chairs' cushions are in the black ottoman. Coffee, cream, sodas are included. Water dispenser is inside of the fridge. Please help your self.

My son graduated from Iowa State University. Reserved this house for my family to stay while we were in town. The house was perfect for my family and in a great neighborhood. The hostess was wonderful to work with. If we are in the area again, I will reserve this house.
