Located right off of gorgeous Scenic Highway 98, Splash is the perfect house for any large group looking to get away! Featuring 8 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, 7,000 square feet of living space, sleeping 32 comfortably, parking for 7 vehicles, and an impressive 3,000 square feet of covered outdoor entertainment space, this three-story house is perfect for events. The star of the backyard, the private lagoon pool, is ready for fun memories to be made. With over 100,000-gallons and 12 in-pool seats at the swim up wet bar, this gentle entry pool is sure to entertain the whole group with plenty of space for both relaxing on a float and throwing the ball around. A beautiful tiled spa waterfalls into the lagoon pool, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach!

Splash’s first floor was made for entertaining. Featuring an open space complete with a pool table, a foosball table, a wet bar, and a full sized refrigerator, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained. Through the sliding glass doors is the outdoor oasis, featuring an outdoor kitchen and grill, a fireplace, and the star of the outdoor space, the private lagoon pool with a swim up bar and underwater bar stools. The swim up bar has a mini fridge, counter space, and a blender to make sure that every hour is happy hour. Nestled away from the entertaining space are the sleeping areas: two guest bedrooms with closing doors and a bunk area.

The kitchen is the star of the second floor, featuring two full sized refrigerators and a full sized wine cooler. Commercial appliances and plenty of counter space make cooking for a crowd a breeze, and cleanup is even easier with 2 dishwashers. The open floor plan continues into the living room and dining room. The living room has a built-in fireplace, and seating for eight. The expansive dining room has two tables that seat up to twenty guests and views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. With the additional eight seats at the kitchen island and the in-kitchen nook, there’s enough seating for your entire group to dine together. The second floor also has a balcony overlooking the private pool that has seating for ten and has an outdoor staircase that leads down to the pool, making it easier to get things from the indoor kitchen to the outdoor kitchen. A half bathroom is located right around the corner from the kitchen as well. Also on the second floor is a guest bedroom and a master bedroom that has a pool facing Juliet Balcony.

The third floor has two master bedrooms, both featuring an en suite bathroom that has a double vanity, a jetted tub, and a walk in shower with multiple shower heads, a guest bedroom, a guest bunk room with six beds, and a bunk area. The third floor also has balcony access to the front and rear balconies. The rear balcony is accessed through a master bedroom and the third floor living area, and the front balcony is accessed from the other master bedrooms and the hallway, and also has a spiral staircase that leads to the rooftop access with panoramic views of Scenic Highway 98.

Splash also is event friendly! This home is large enough to host approximately 100 guests for events, making it perfect for smaller weddings, corporate events, or birthday celebrations.

What a house. It has it all. The pool and outside TV were staples. The swim up bar was a nice touch. The multiple balconies got used everyday especially on the top to see Thursday fireworks. Andrew was on top of everything. Professional operation and the location is as good as it gets.

WOW - it's a great place to stay!

as every other guest review has mentioned - this was an amazing property - my group of friends had the best vacation celebrating our 50th Bdays. - and thats with being rained out for 2 of our 5 days - it didn't matter, since this home, and all the amenities made for the most memorable stay. Chuck was the best to work with - we had communicated a few times before our arrival to make sure everything was perfect. It is abundantly obvious - Chuck wouldn't be happy unless his guests were happy. at staying at Splash.

Perfect wedding location!
Our daughter and her new husband wanted a small gathering for their wedding. This was perfect as all 33 of us could gather to celebrate and stay in the same house! We walked across to the beach for the ceremony then came back to the house for dinner, dancing, hot tubbing and swimming! Chuck was great to work with as was Robin. It’s a huge house and they responded immediately to any minor glitches that came up. Would love to go back!

The house is absolutely perfect for our large group! The common spaces are amazing, we could all eat together every meal and pool area is just wonderful! Perfect location with short walk to the beach and short walk to The Crab Trap! The owner and is an absolute gem! Friendly and available for questions at a moments notice! If this house is available, rent it, you will not be sorry!

Great Location
The owner Chuck was awesome to work with! The house was huge and overall worked great. Had some small issues but nothing that affected the overall trip. I think they have been so busy, they just haven't had time to fix some of the small things like outdoor outlets not working, speakers by the pool not working, no pool towels. Again, nothing too big, just things that should be there when you pay that type of money. Also, wasn't aware that you had to pay an additional fee for heating the pool until the day before we got down there. Overall, the rooms were great, kitchen was awesome and my family had a great time. I would highly recommend for larger groups.

The perfect week
My Husband and I booked this property for the week of our wedding and wedding reception. From the very start the home owner made the process an easy one. The house itself was beyond what we imagined. We had our wedding party and close family stay at the house with us and everyone had plenty of space and had the best time! I have to mention the pool as it was out of this world. I will miss that and the kitchen the most! We will forever be grateful to Chuck for allowing us to stay at the Splash house for our day and for being so accommodating throughout the trip. Overall we had the most amazing week surrounded by our friends and family and we wound rent out the Splash house again without even thinking twice!!

Great beach house, amenities BUT...
The Splash was definitely a much needed escape for us from Hurricane Ida. Our annual vacation couldn't have been booked at a more critical time. We greatly appreciate Chuck and Robin for being extremely accommodating and prompt in addressing ANY and ALL concerns and issues during our stay. The pool/outdoor area and the main kitchen area were HANDS DOWN the focal point of this trip. While the amenities listed were accurate, there were a few issues we encountered during our stay: pest/bug problem, mainly in the kitchen area; the non-working TV in the pool area; presence of mold in one of the bathrooms; a couple of sunken mattresses; not enough air circulation in the 3rd floor bunk room; and non-working lights in a couple of the bunk beds. For the cost of the beach house during our stay, we were not expecting to encounter these many issues.

Five Stars is not enough ..
We’ve rented several properties across the country and it’s safe to say that ‘Splash’ has it all! My wife and I along with our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay .. this property is a beautiful home with plus-plus amenities that doubles as a mini resort! Chuck, Robin and team were quick to respond to the couple of questions that we had and couldn’t have been more accommodating. If you’re thinking about renting this property .. do it .. you won’t be sorry. We still can’t stop talking about the great memories made at ‘Splash’. We’re still smiling and we will be back!! Amazing family and friends vacation retreat
Everything from checking in to checking out was pretty smooth. Robin was always very responsive and nice. Everyone loved the house and we couldn’t stay out of the pool and spa tub. We stayed end of May and do recommend getting the pool heated for the additional cost. It especially helped with the babies who aren’t used to cold water temps. Short walk to the beach. Definitely bring your own towels if you can for showers and the pool/beach. They have some towels but there were so many of us (and kids going through them) we had to wash them everyday to keep fresh towels available. If you’re on the fence about booking, I highly recommend SPLASH! We would love to come back! Thank you Chuck and Robin!

The home was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL !! Robin the property manager was AWESOME! If we had any questions she was quick to respond to our needs! LOVED the pool also! The house was plenty big to host our family of 27. The kitchen had plenty of seating for all of us. We made good memories sharing family meals. The pool is like no other. We all had a BLAST playing in the pool and using the swim up bar. The owner immediately addressed any issues we had. I would definitely rent from Chuck again!!
