"Rooms were fairly nice and comfortable although the couch in my room had a couple of big stains on it. It was also quite a cheap, inferior couch. The pool on the rooftop was closed which we were not told about until we checked in. Restaurant was really lovely. Hotel staff were obliging. Rooftop deck had amazing views although it was quite expensive. Not much to see and do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. I did find the room rates quite affordable."

"It was an excellent experience with this hotel, the location, the staff all of them from the reception till departure. All of them were very helpful. It was above expectation. It’s a clean hotel with excellent location and service. "I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very professional and quick to get me checked in, and then throughout my stay, were consistently very helpful, quick, and professional in addressing my requests. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room was spacious, and the views were wonderful. The location is also good. If I had one complaint, it would be that the windows needed to be cleaned from the outside, but my stay was during a very dusty time of year in Kuwait City."

"ITs Kuwait City - it is HOT! Easy access to running trancks and gardens. The running track has water coolers and mist sprays overhead. The Four Seasons is 2km away and the food there is fantastic. The meals at the SwissBelInn were excellent and local. Staff were great and I will definitely be staying there again in the future."
