"This was the first time I stayed in Banff and I'll definitely be staying at this lodge again. We stayed during their big skijoring weekend, and they made it such an enjoyable weekend. They texted us in advance with information about parking reservations, they let us check in early, and we got free breakfast. Honestly, they exceeded expectations. "As a family of four with two teenagers, we had a great two week stay at the Elk and Avenue. Staff were helpful. Parking in Banff can be a nightmare. Our vehicle was over the 6' 1" allowance for the hotel car park but we were offered alternative parking at the back of the hotel at a great rate. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Great looking hotel with areas to sit and just chill if needed. Room service was good, no matter what time you left the room. Nice hot tub and sauna.
