"I can’t say enough about this lovely oasis. Clean, quiet. Spacious room, our own patio surrounded by palm trees and beautiful flowering plants, breakfast served by the pool each morning. Free shuttle to beautiful Eagle beach with free beach chairs. We were able to enjoy shade under the trees , saving $50 rental for chairs and umbrella. "Beautiful resort. extremely calm. included breakfast is awesome. Service is outstanding - better than most 5stars resorts like Ritz. The beach is fantastic, much quieter and beautiful than Palm Beach. Rooms were ok, nothing luxury but had everything needed. Massages were really not great - only disappointment of our stay with them. Felt like both massage therapist had never done that before. Average age quite old on the resort, not a lot of people below 50 years old. Overall, very great...

"This is review is for the Ocean suites side. There are 2 properties, one in which you can walk to the other or take the free 5 min shuttle. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be able to take the 8 minutes water shuttle (operated by Renaissance) to go the the Flamingo island! This island is a must! I would not recommend swimming in the lagoon in front of the Ocean suite hotel, by pool area. The water is still, there and seaweed, etc has a funky odor. Other than this, all was enjoyable, staff, bell hops were incredibly friendly and offered suggestions, including manager (Alvin) who helped manage an concern - highly personable. We would definitely return to the Suites side!"
